Ehrlich Distributions LLC represents brands with a range of channel policies. Approved sales channels vary by brand and product and may include physical retail, direct-to-consumer websites, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other ecommerce platforms — subject to brand authorization.

MAP and pricing

Where brands enforce minimum advertised pricing (MAP), approved resellers agree to comply with the brand's published policy.

Unauthorized channels

Listing on unauthorized marketplaces or below MAP may result in account suspension and termination of the wholesale relationship.

Ehrlich Distributions LLC does not guarantee the availability of any product, brand approval, resale authorization, marketplace approval, sales performance, or profitability. All products, pricing, minimum order quantities, territories, and approved sales channels are subject to supplier and brand requirements.
