All wholesale accounts are subject to business verification and approval. Pricing, minimums, case packs, and lead times are shared with approved accounts and may change based on supplier and brand requirements.

Ordering

Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Ehrlich Distributions LLC does not guarantee availability, pricing, or delivery timing.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed on an account-by-account basis. Approved credit terms may be offered subject to underwriting.

Resale channels

Approved sales channels vary by product and brand. Reselling on unapproved channels may result in account suspension.
