Shipping

Freight, lead times, and shipping methods vary by product, order size, and destination. Shipping quotes and lead times are provided during order confirmation.

Damages and shortages

Damages or shortages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, along with supporting photos and documentation.

Returns

Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable. Exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
